How long are sessions?

Sessions are 50 minutes long unless otherwise noted or agreed upon in advance.

What does therapy cost?

 Fees range from $25-$170 depending on your therapist and their availability.

How do I pay?

We use a HIPAA compliant payment app called IvyPay that is very easy to use and accepts all major credit cards and HSA/FSA accounts.

Why don't you take my insurance?

In order to protect your privacy and autonomy, we do not work with any insurance companies. All insurance companies require us to diagnose you so that they may determine how many sessions you're entitled to. Many insurance companies do not offer any mental health coverage or only allow a few sessions. Your privacy and autonomy are most important to us and we believe we can offer you the best care without third-party interference.

Will you provide superbills/invoices?

You are welcome to contact your insurance company directly to find out if you qualify for out-of-network reimbursement. We can provide you with an invoice or "superbill" to submit, however, we are not able to guarantee that any claim will be approved. This route also requires a diagnosis but is less invasive.
